Quality is a prime matter of concern at A1 Royal Engineer. We have an ISI Quality Certificate. Our manufacturing plant consists of modern equipments to cater to the needs of our global customers. We ensure consistent quality, production flexibility and control of process variability. Our automatic testing laboratory allows the flow of confirming parts to the next stage resulting in the production of high quality Fans.

Infrastructure

Our factory covers approximately 15,000 sq.ft. area and is situated at a distance of 20 Miles from Bombay Airport. We have a well-equipped infrastructure and our team comprises of efficient and experienced engineers, technicians and dedicated workers. We have the finest in–house manufacturing facilities consisting of 6 numbers of power presses of capacity 20, 50, 60, 75, 100 and 350 tons with most advanced equipment like CNC EDM wire cut machine, electrical stampings for the fan motors, zinc plating and powder coating plants. All these facilities enable us to meet the market demands.
